The latest release
conda-incubator/setup-miniconda=3.1.0implementsconda-remove-defaultsoption which enables postprocessing channels list to remove 'defaults' if it was added implicitly to the 'channels' setting.Thus the PR proposes to use the option instead of previously implemented w/a with removing 'defaults' by a separate step.
